Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce friction and increase efficiency in ticket management, knowledge management, and telephony/chat/email/document management systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business development and identify areas for improvement within the organization.
  • Analyze current operational procedures, identify opportunities for enhancement, and execute changes to optimize business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance business outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 6+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or operations work, with a focus on process improvement, automation, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and internal controls.
