P&C Business Partner in Shared Service Centre and Country lead

You will be part of a passionate team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in the Philippines and the global shared service center at Vestas. Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas Business Leaders in Finance, and your daily playfield will be a regional matrix organization with a direct line to the P&C organization and close working relationship with Business.

Our key tasks as P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with business leaders in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. Working in a global company, you will experience many types of diversity and in our team, you will have colleagues with diverse experience and competencies, but all with collaboration as a core value.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Consultative Skills: Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
  • Experience in Expanding Shared Services: Demonstrated experience in leading and expanding shared services within a large organization.
  • Lead the charge in implementing and managing organizational changes, ensuring seamless collaboration and procedural accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organization in employee engagement and matters as a business partner.
  • Partner with the business leader in the development of their strategy. Diagnose the people strategy needs of the business and develop solutions & interventions to enable the delivery of the business strategy.
  • Provide support to the business leaders in the execution of cyclical HR processes e.g. annual performance management cycle, merit process, etc.
