EDI Process Coordinator

The successful candidate will provide production support and coordinate new EDI implementations, ensuring uninterrupted daily business processes.
- Monitor EDI communications to guarantee seamless data exchange with partners.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues in collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
- Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Recommend system enhancements to streamline EDI processes and improve overall performance.
- Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve billing and rate discrepancies efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in Transportation Industry or Logistics field.
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or related field.
- Proven experience with EDI documents in retail industry such as 850/856/810/940/945.
- Strong understanding of Operations Management Principles and Practices.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Proficiency in using Logistics Software Systems to track shipments, inventory, and orders.
