Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer service operations
  • Experience in team leadership and management
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Able to adapt to shifting schedules, primarily night shifts
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable
