Regulatory Compliance Specialist: A Key Role in Governance

Job Description:

The Senior Specialist, Regulatory Compliance, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements. This involves supporting the Global Regulatory Risk and Change Management function in its oversight of the Regulatory Compliance Management Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of effective regulatory compliance management controls and processes.
  • Monitor new regulatory requirements, identify compliance issues, and assess their impact on the business.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders, including senior management and external parties, on regulatory developments and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting, data analytics, and visualization tools to support regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with various segments and legal entities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
