Global Solutions Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Global Solutions Architect to partner closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. This role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and client-need-aligned solutions across the region.

The ideal candidate will help enterprise clients unlock the full potential of our platform through thoughtful architecture and consultative guidance.

This position requires consulting with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance, and supporting Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.

  • Consult with potential clients to provide strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
  • Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • A background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture is required.
  • Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols is necessary.
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions is essential.
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
