Offshore Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team as an offshore accountant/bookkeeper.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work closely with our in-house CPA, focusing on core accounting tasks with a clear path to expand your scope as we scale.
Responsibilities- Perform accurate and detailed bookkeeping tasks
- Manage monthly closes and ensure timely reporting
- Support future services such as bill pay, invoicing, taxes, and general back-office accounting functions
- Collaborate directly with the internal team to build efficient workflows and client support systems
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of accrual accounting and US GAAP
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
- Experience with Xero is a plus, but not essential
- Experience in US tax is a plus, but not essential
- Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Ramp, or similar platforms is a bonus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Self-starter who can take initiative, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
