Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in change management, operational excellence, and project support is highly desirable
About You
You have a strong background in operations management, change management, or a related field, with experience in leading teams and driving process improvements. You are an effective communicator, able to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders.
