Job Title

A Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events. The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools.
  • Create engaging email templates using a drag-and-drop editor, focusing on visual appeal and user experience.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Maintain industry policies and best practices in email marketing, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in email marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard email marketing tools, including list management, campaign creation, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content.
