">Job Summary

This role focuses on paid acquisition channels, requiring the ideal candidate to be well-versed in the paid media landscape. With recent hands-on experience managing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns, this professional will drive marketing reach and customer base growth.

The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and is committed to helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ad purchasing through Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
  • Independently complete work such as creating accounts, analysing targeted users, optimising ad content, improving overall ROI, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals for overseas users
  • Communicate closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing digital growth strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and competitors
  • Onboard influencers and manage influencer networks for driven growth among diaspora communities
  • Develop and manage B2B partnership networks for online growth
  • Manage public relations for LemFi to drive growth among diaspora communities
  • Conduct market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends
  • Support and collaborate with various teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns
  • Cross-functional responsibilities and team assistance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of ads content development, testing, and optimisation
  • Expertise in Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and YouTube paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing for international platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is beneficial
