Software Development Leadership Opportunity

Take ownership of developing a cutting-edge software platform that integrates AI, automation, and operational dashboards to help business owners scale more effectively.

This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role where you'll have the freedom and accountability to build, ship, and evolve a product that will support thousands of businesses.

As a senior-level software developer, you will lead the full development lifecycle of the software (architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration).

  • Define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and integration capabilities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while setting the standard for best practices.
  • Connect the platform with external tools and APIs (CRM, AI assistants, analytics, project management software, etc.).
  • Build in AI/automation layers to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership to translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in software development with a proven track record of building SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks and strong experience with cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in database design and third-party API integrations.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML integration and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience designing secure, scalable systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make key decisions, and take full ownership of deliverables.
