Remote Skilled Trades Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled trades recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and be proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience.

The role involves working independently and remotely to find the right talent for our clients. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and clients alike.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is adept at technology and has a strong background in account management with proven relationship-building and client communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A 2+ year background in a client-facing recruiting role, preferably within a high-volume recruitment environment
  • A strong understanding of recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
  • An excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in the U.S. time zone
