Overview

Back End Software Developer - 3 months Contract-Based Employment (C#/.NET) at GoTeam.

Location: Cebu City | Work from Home | Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time).

Salary: Up to ₱150K Base + Work From Home setup + Free AI Certification.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the design and implementation of new software products using Visual Studio.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance.
  • Mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and foster professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with a track record in new product development and maintenance of existing applications.
  • Strong expertise in C# .NET, MVC 5, and SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex software challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; experience with Agile development methodologies.
Role Details
  • Schedule: Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: WFH (5 days per week)
  • Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
