About the Role

This Compliance and Monitoring Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring our platform remains secure and compliant.

You will work closely with our Customer Support team to monitor messaging compliance in real-time, verifying new account sign-ups and changes to customer information.

  • Monitor live message content for fraud, spam, and phishing attempts.
  • Detect and report fraudulent activity, taking appropriate actions to block accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory updates and share best practices across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to educate customers about guidelines and responsible communication.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Qualifications
  • English is your primary language; secondary languages are an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, particularly one requiring exceptionally high detail orientation.
  • Critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and work independently.
  • Highly organized, with a positive and proactive attitude.
