Job Description

We are seeking skilled customer service professionals to join our team. As a Project Based Customer Care Specialist, you will work closely with clients to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer queries via various channels, including inbound phones, live support, and email. You will be required to give accurate and concise information in a professional and personable manner while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range.

You will respond to customer inquiries through Live Chat, email, and phone calls, accurately documenting each customer interaction. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and professional demeanor will ensure that every customer correspondence is handled with the highest level of integrity, service, and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Positive Attitude and Can-Do Approach
  • A Professional and Personable Demeanour
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience Communicating with Customers over Email, Webchat, and Phones
  • Familiarity with Gorgias & Shopify Platforms is an Advantage
  • A Person with High Regard for Integrity and Diligence
