Project Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a skilled project coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of projects from concept to completion.

As a project coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand their business ideas and translate them into detailed technical project plans, scopes, and timelines.

You will act as an intermediary between clients and freelancers, providing expert guidance, regular updates, and managing expectations to bring visions to life.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience in coordinating technical projects, product management, or similar roles in the past.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with clients to understand their business ideas and translating them into detailed technical project plans, scopes, and timelines.
  • Acting as an intermediary between clients and freelancers, providing expert guidance, regular updates, and managing expectations to bring visions to life.
  • Overseeing project execution from inception to launch, identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and applying lessons from real-world building experiences.
  • Facilitating collaboration through meetings, workshops, and demos, ensuring alignment between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Tracking progress, budgets, and deliverables with project management tools, while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
