Job Title

A Paid Media Specialist is sought after to assist in the execution and management of social media advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across major paid platforms who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring ads are set up accurately, client communications are prompt, and campaign documentation is seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up ads across self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Prepare proofs, screenshots, and review documents for client and internal approval.
  • Manage internal and client-facing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation (proofs, screenshots, campaign records).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with additional ad platforms or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance metrics.
