Job Title: Benefits Administration Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Process leave of absence (LOA) requests in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
  2. Provide guidance to employees on LOA procedures and documentation requirements.
  3. Update and maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and statuses.
  4. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth LOA transitions.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of LOA-related policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other relevant leave laws.
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
