Job Description: Pension Benefits Administrator

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Pension Benefits Administrator for a position in Taguig, specifically in BGC. This role offers the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Hold a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  3. Background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  4. Knowledge of benefits administration, plan administration, or insurance processing is a plus.
  5. Prior experience in benefits processing and insurance/pension is required.
  6. Ability to comprehend the administrative process related to pension benefit plans and participant information.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to share solutions to exceed client standards.
  8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a close team environment.
  9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, is advantageous.
  10. Professional and responsible approach to work, clients, and colleagues.
  11. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  12. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  13. Ability to manage multiple projects within established deadlines.
  14. Preferred experience working with US counterparts.
  15. Open to a hybrid work setup (2 days work-from-home per week).

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the plan design.
  2. Perform routine, complex, and recurring tasks related to the administration of clients' defined pension benefit plans and information.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient task completion and cohesive service delivery.
  4. Utilize excellent tools and concepts to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  5. Adhere to plan documents and government regulations when administering plans.
  6. Maintain established quality control standards and meet performance targets.
  7. Complete assigned cases promptly and according to established procedures.
  8. Meet productivity/utilization goals and efficiency standards.
  9. Actively participate in team meetings and training activities.
  10. Follow and update documentation materials as directed.
