Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with issues and concerns related to their use of our products and services
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as needed
  • Up-sell existing customers on new or enhanced services
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer navigational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
