Data and Dashboard Management Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Data and Dashboard Management Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for translating business strategies into actionable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to map out and link customer, revenue, and operational metrics across the organization. Your expertise will ensure alignment of KPIs and related data with other business units.

As a Data and Dashboard Management Associate, you will assist in defining customer, revenue, and operational performance targets. You will also perform analysis to support special projects and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategies into actionable objectives and KPIs
  • Map out and link customer, revenue, and operational metrics across the organization
  • Ensure alignment of KPIs and related data with other business units
  • Assist in defining customer, revenue, and operational performance targets
  • Perform analysis to support special projects
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • General management skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in business performance management, data analytics, and operational improvement
  • Demonstrated business and cross-functional leadership
  • Advanced knowledge/experience in environmental scanning, data analytics, strategy framework, process facilitation, communications, marketing, and strategy messaging
