About the Opportunity

This is a senior-level full-stack developer position in the donor management and fundraising space.

As a senior full-stack developer, you will be responsible for developing new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack, maintaining and improving existing codebase, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture.

Additionally, you will assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery, write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new features and functionality across the Microsoft stack (C#, MVC, SQL, Azure)
  • Maintain, debug, and improve existing codebase — with a strong eye toward stability and performance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and production bugs as needed (no frontline support)
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product priorities and architecture
  • Assist with occasional UI tasks using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer in a SaaS environment
  • Strong command of the Microsoft stack: C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Azure
  • Comfortable with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
  • Able to independently investigate bugs across both application logic and database layers
  • Strong communication and written English — able to ask clarifying questions and document logic
  • Comfortable working closely with a founder/CTO in a startup-style environment
