Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for designing and implementing innovative features that enhance our Employment Operating System.

Our Employment Operating System is designed to disrupt the employment industry by providing a comprehensive solution for hiring, HR, payroll, and benefits management. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing critical features for our customers using Ruby programming language.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and UX specialists, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Writing automated tests for production codes.
  • Developing and maintaining key components of web applications.
  • Conducting testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues.
  • Mentoring junior engineers within your squad.
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on server-side and RESTful API development and integration.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Ruby, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
  • A strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring teammates.
