Business Intelligence Analyst Position

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our Digital Marketing team by identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing solutions that drive growth.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and analyzing data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM) to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Creating reports and dashboards that empower marketing and other relevant teams to utilize data and information effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Analyzing digital marketing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends. Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the digital landscape.
  • Supporting teams in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.
  • Providing support to marketing teams in managing digital marketing resources (personnel, tools) effectively to support project implementation and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in the field of e-commerce, marketing, or technology
  • Extremely tech savvy, able to pick up new software and applications quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills - analytical, innovative, and has a creative mindset
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
