Senior Quality Assurance Professional

The key to success in this role is a deep understanding of software quality and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will drive the overall testing strategy and ensure that it aligns with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans, designing test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for both new and existing features.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to efficiently meet project deadlines and quality goals.
- Review requirements and collaborate with delivery leads to contribute to user story acceptance criteria.
- 5+ years of experience in leading testing and quality assurance activities and a team.
- Experience in developing test plans and writing test cases.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can work across multiple projects and timelines, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
The ideal candidate should possess industry expertise, have a passion for expanding knowledge of technology and business operations, and be a reliable source of information for each team member.
