Job Description

As a senior marketing professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute client campaigns and projects effectively. Your expertise in digital advertising and SEO fundamentals will drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and monitoring KPIs such as ROI, traffic growth, and conversions. You will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency and streamline marketing processes.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. They possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns.
  • Recognize early warning signs of client dissatisfaction and implement de-escalation strategies.
  • Revenue Growth and Client Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client performance data and business needs.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to clients highlighting how additional services could amplify success.
