About the Role
  • Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Oversee operational activities including territory management, product promotion, and distribution network optimization for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data and ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and government agencies.
  • Coach and develop district managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a significant advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience in the cardiometabolic segment (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • National-level expertise in both sales and marketing, with a proven ability to launch and scale brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across healthcare, distribution, and regulatory networks.
