Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive long-term growth and profitability for the business unit.
- Oversee operational activities including territory management, product promotion, and distribution network optimization.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring budgets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, distributors, and government agencies.
- Coach and develop district managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals.
A successful Strategic Growth Leader should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong advantage.
- A track record of leadership experience in the cardiometabolic segment (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrate national-level expertise in both sales and marketing, with a proven ability to launch and scale brands.
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment capabilities.
- Be skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building across healthcare, distribution, and regulatory networks.
