Full-Time Non-Voice Call Center Agent

We are seeking dedicated and committed individuals to join our Voice Assistant Solutions (V.A.S.) team as Full-Time Non-Voice Call Center Agents. Our ideal candidate has/is:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Available to work full-time in our office on weekdays, Mondays through Fridays, 5 days per week, between 10:00 pm and 7 AM; weekends are off;
  • English spoken and comprehension;
  • Call center and/or telephone, typing, coding experience is an asset;
  • Stable, with a minimum of 6 months of consecutive experience in any company;
  • Serious, dedicated, professional, engaged, seeking long-term, full-time employment;
  • Strong typing skills (33 words/minute) with a high percentage of accuracy;
  • Advanced active listening skills and high attention to detail;
  • Flexible, self-motivating, and able to multi-task;
  • Living in or close by Cebu (only local candidates are retained).
