Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for facilitating marketing requests, creating and adapting marketing content, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure timely project completion.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to work closely with our marketing team, third-party vendors, and cross-department stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking across multiple projects.
  2. Create, adapt, and repurpose marketing content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely project completion, working closely with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
  4. Maintain HubSpot hygiene, update contact/company records, manage lists, and support email marketing workflows.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related role.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with a polished, modern design aesthetic.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with an eye for branding consistency and layout detail.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.
