Key responsibilities include monitoring application performance, uptime, and security, ensuring a seamless user experience, and working closely with administrators, developers, and IT teams to diagnose and resolve software or database-related problems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
