We are seeking a Property Asset Manager to join our team at Robinsons Land Corporation. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulatory bodies.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property.
  3. Closely monitor collection of funds, disbursement of funds and savings account balances.
  4. Prepare monthly year-to-date summaries of actual revenues and expenses.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager in Residential developments. You should also have strong customer engagement skills and attention to detail.
