Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse storage, inventory tracking, and material distribution.
  • Oversee equipment, tools, and fleet operations to ensure optimal usage and maintenance.
  • Supervise motorpool fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers (PMs), Site Engineers (SEs), and Procurement Teams to align asset availability with project needs.
  • Implement asset tracking systems and loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in equipment, vehicle, and warehouse management.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reports on asset conditions.
  • Optimize logistics and material handling efficiency for multiple construction sites.
  • Develop and enforce policies for warehouse, equipment, and fleet operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Licensed Engineer (preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, equipment, fleet, or site operations management in construction
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, logistics, and inventory control
  • Experience in equipment maintenance, motorpool scheduling, and fleet management
  • Proficiency in inventory and asset management software
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
