Disaster Relief Customer Service Representative

We are seeking dedicated individuals to work on a part-time, temporary basis in response to disaster relief efforts. This role is contingent upon the need for assistance following a hurricane disaster.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing service inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Learn common requests and solutions to improve the customer experience
- Develop skills to enhance the overall satisfaction of our customers
- Foster effective communication through utilization of our service techniques and systems
- Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to relevant channels when necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate proficiency in organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Able to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
- Be highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
- Have the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively
- Show aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Exhibit strong customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Able to multitask, stay focused, and manage self effectively
- Demonstrate team orientation and customer focus
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Develops excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers
