We are seeking dedicated individuals to work on a part-time, temporary basis in response to disaster relief efforts. This role is contingent upon the need for assistance following a hurricane disaster.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing service inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Learn common requests and solutions to improve the customer experience
  • Develop skills to enhance the overall satisfaction of our customers
  • Foster effective communication through utilization of our service techniques and systems
  • Evaluate and escalate customer dissatisfaction to relevant channels when necessary
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrate proficiency in organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Able to type quickly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
  • Be highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
  • Have the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues effectively
  • Show aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Exhibit strong customer service orientation (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Able to multitask, stay focused, and manage self effectively
  • Demonstrate team orientation and customer focus
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Develops excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers
