We are seeking a Commercial Category Planner to join our planning team. As a key member of the planning team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the success of product categories.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement 12-month campaign roadmaps that drive business growth and align with brand strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that offers are compelling and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a year-long campaign plan aligned with business and channel strategies.
  • Lead category-specific demand review sessions to align cross-functional teams.
  • Manage discount strategies to ensure they are competitive and effective.
  • Design offers and collaborate with creative teams to bring them to life.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign readiness and product availability.
  • Review campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in store planning, merchandising, pricing strategy, or commercial planning.
  • Experience in direct selling, beauty, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate across departments.
  • Commercial acumen and a knack for interpreting data.
  • Experience in campaign execution and project management.
