Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate Coordinator to join our team at Field Outsource Asia Inc. & Caishen Marketing Sales Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support sales strategies, maintain inventory, track sales leads, and coordinate support to sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of sales inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
  • Sales Lead Tracking: Monitor and track sales leads from initial contact to closure, providing regular updates to sales teams.
  • Coordination Support: Offer administrative support to sales teams, including data entry, reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Records: Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
