Cobden & Carter International is seeking a skilled Process Improvement Manager to join our team.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

We are looking for a talented professional with 4 years of experience in RCM (AR Collections - HEALTHCARE) and Reports Analyst Experience, working with SQL, Data Visualization, and Reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, controlling, and improving end-to-end business processes, leading process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities, and creating quality reporting, analysis, and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create quality reports and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams
  • Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution

Requirements:

  • 2nd Year College Undergrad degree
  • 4 years of experience in RCM (AR Collections - HEALTHCARE)
  • 4 years of experience as a Reports Analyst
