Job Description:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a call center environment.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Fulfill company procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Achieve performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and coaching to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Work Environment

This is an entry-level position that operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
