About the Role

We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Product Designer with experience in designing AI products.

You will be essential in gathering requirements from internal and external customers, facilitating user testing, and transforming requirements into high-fidelity designs.

You will focus on our unique BET cycles to enhance product design across our pipeline: brief generation, survey generation, data collection, and insights generation.

This is a work from home role for a UK company. You will be required to start work later in the day, working from 2pm and finishing at 10pm PH time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs.
  • Develop high-fidelity designs that translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
  • Contribute to and enforce a collaborative design culture throughout the team.
  • Focus on creating designs that align with our BET cycles, improving product usability and innovation.
  • Rapid prototyping required for quick system and user testing.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to ensure design aligns with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with developers and testers to bridge the gap between build and original designs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, research, sales, and marketing teams for seamless design execution.
  • Communicate designs effectively to stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on AI-driven systems.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with design tools (e.g., Whimsical, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and rapid prototyping techniques.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple design projects.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new design tools and technologies.
  • Confident in leading design discussions and driving creativity within the team.
  • Capable of autonomous work with a flexible and innovative problem-solving approach.
