As a Senior Product/UX Designer, you will be responsible for aligning design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes. This involves fostering innovative, user-centric solutions and promoting creative problem-solving and collaboration.

  2. Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
  3. Create intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles.
  4. Translate your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  6. Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency, and incorporate inclusive design practices per WCAG.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.

  • You must be proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required to effectively present and defend your ideas.
  • You should be resourceful, creative, and confident in solving complex design challenges independently, and managing the entire design process with support.
  • Continuous learning is essential to stay current with the latest design trends.
  • You should work well in a team, value diverse perspectives, and be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level designers while promoting a collaborative design culture is also a key aspect of this role.
