We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders that characterize partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Manage own projects where required.
  • Oversee small concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight to identify risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Manage and resolve escalations between the project, client, or other internal organizations in a satisfactory manner.
  • Oversee resource planning and coordination of project activities between client and internal/external resources needed to accomplish strategic business goals.
  • Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide teams with a clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure that bench time for Consultants is used to improve skills in line with Practice technology roadmaps.
  • Monitor the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
  • Solicit feedback from Delivery Owners of engagements where GDC team members are aligned.
  • Conduct interviews of prospective GDC candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations. They will possess strong verbal and writing skills, ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels, and extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
