The Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the development lifecycle, focusing on execution, planning, growth, and sustaining key processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute strategic input to the Product Head on direction, business objectives, and overall management for Emerging Industries initiatives.
- Manage various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business requirements.
- Act as an alternate for team members when required, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
- Drive creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials, including product decks, process documents, contracts, trade letters, dashboards, and other relevant assets.
- Support partner acquisition and retention for Emerging Industries by addressing product inquiries, delivering timely solutions, and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.
- Promote product offerings' enhancements, aligning with business goals and the product development roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate customer-facing units on new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and payment initiatives.
- Strong background in product or market management.
- Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or IT industries.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large datasets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
