Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Specialist/Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and organizing files, records, and documents. You will also be expected to answer phone calls and handle correspondence, schedule appointments and meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings with staff members and external partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
