We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Strategist to join our team at Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, with expertise in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols.

About the Role

As a Chief Security Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of security operations. You will also conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to address them proactively.

The role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel deployment.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing incident response plans to effectively respond to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies, minimizing impact and restoring normal operations quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and protect company assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of security operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to address them proactively.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel deployment.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies, minimizing impact and restoring normal operations quickly.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and industry best practices, keeping abreast of changes and updates in security requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as security management, criminology, or a related field.
  • 4 years of security and safety experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
