We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our finance and contract support team.

Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will oversee the development and implementation of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Additionally, you will manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Your expertise will also be essential in analyzing financial data, identifying areas of improvement, and making recommendations for process enhancements.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to make informed decisions, drive business growth, and optimize financial performance.

  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Candidate should have a Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
