Job Overview

Role Summary: We are seeking a Technical Systems Support Analyst to provide first-level technical assistance to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and respond to technical requests from customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate with end-users to clarify requirements and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Resolve routine problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team, leveraging your analytical skills to find solutions.
  • Maintain accurate call information in a database using commercial software, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Work closely with teams to schedule configuration and installation of PC workstation hardware and software, optimizing system performance.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
  • One year of related experience or training, with a focus on technical support and customer service.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience, highlighting relevant skills and qualifications.
  • Familiarity with mainframe, distributed, PC, LAN, or telecommunications equipment, ensuring adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to analyze and gather information to resolve routine problems, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
