Lead Analytics Team to Drive Business Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Offshore Analytics Team Lead to manage, mentor, and grow our offshore analytical team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Resource Allocation & Workload Distribution: Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Analytical Delivery:
  • Timely Delivery of Accurate Insights: Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Quality Control: Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Solution Development: Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Team Collaboration & Development:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Participate in recruiting new talent to the team and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
  • Efficiency Drives: Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Innovation Opportunities: Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience using Circana, Nielsen, syndicated data in your day-to-day work with client brands.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. client market is desired.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in Thinkcell desired.
  • Solid understanding of business problem-solving and client management.
  • Proven experience managing distributed or offshore teams with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
