We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our People Success team as a Data Analyst.

As a key member of our team, you'll focus on data preparation, recurring reporting, dashboard upkeep, and quality checks - helping transform people data into clear, reliable insights for HR and business partners.

You'll thrive in a high-growth environment where processes are evolving, and you'll contribute to building scalable, efficient reporting while learning from and partnering closely with the wider People team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and refresh recurring people metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition/retention, tenure, internal moves, compensation) on monthly/quarterly cadences, ensuring figures reconcile and are delivered on time.
  • Validate and clean datasets from various sources, run data quality checks, flag anomalies, and document fixes.
  • Update and QA existing dashboards, ensure filters and definitions work as intended, and make layout/content tweaks as directed.
  • Pull extracts and run basic analyses (pivots, lookups, simple SQL queries) to support data analysis and investigations.
  • Maintain data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable.
  • Handle sensitive employee data responsibly, follow access controls, and support compliance with data-privacy requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and propose improvements that enhance our produced insights.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role (internships and project experience welcome).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas) a must.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR data, especially from HRIS/ATS/payroll platforms would be beneficial.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and looking for trends at a deep level.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through; comfortable managing tasks independently and escalating blockers early.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
