We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the management of complex data tasks, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.
About the Role:The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between data operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient data management. You will be responsible for executing complex data manipulation tasks, adhering to established guidelines and best practices, and providing expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools.
- Execute complex data manipulation tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Audit listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of team outputs.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and refine best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a plus.
