The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality engineering concept plans, detailed design plans, and managing documentation for Structural Engineering projects. They will also provide technical support to Structural Engineers, Graduate Engineers, Draftspersons, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of high-quality engineering concept plans and detailed design plans for Structural Engineering projects.
  • Management of documentation and ensuring designs meet prescribed standards, conditions, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Technical support to Structural Engineers, Graduate Engineers, Draftspersons, and internal departments.
  • Maintenance of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to allocated budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in design and documentation of Building Structural Engineering projects.
  • Competence in Australian Standards and familiarity with relevant codes, construction standards, specs, procedures, and construction techniques.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
